Compact and powerful - the tandem low-loaders of the TTS series

The tandem lowbed trailers of the TTS series are ideally suited for transporting compact construction machinery, but which may well be heavier. The TTS cover a wide range of applications. The loading area is also extra wide: 2,050 millimeters is unique for a low-loader. And thanks to a platform length of 4,500 millimeters, the vibratory plate or the sliding blade still fit behind the mini excavator in front of the municipal tractor. The 400 millimeter high steel walls are solidly welded to the low-lying steel/checker plate floor; with a platform height of only 630 millimeters, this results in a flat ramp angle.

Clever details make the trailers absolutely practical: thanks to the air tank integrated in the frame, there is particularly high ground clearance, the hot-dip galvanized ramps can be moved sideways and are optionally covered with wood or with toothed steel rails; thanks to the gas pressure jack, they can be easily operated by one person. The trade show model is equipped with 2.3-meter-long and 51-centimeter-wide steel ramps, as well as a third ramp in the center, which is covered with MegaGrip interlocked grating.

To ensure that the load always arrives safely at its destination, each TTS offers numerous load securing options: there are four lashing eyes in the corners of the steel trough, each with a tensile force of 5 tons; in addition, a further 6 lashing eyes are mounted in the floor, and 8 lashing eyes are bolted to the side walls. Load-lock profiles are mounted at the front and sides of the tub, where tensioning straps can be hooked in very easily.

Two LED work lights at the rear ensure an optimally illuminated working environment at all times, thanks to the spare wheel on board you are quickly mobile again in the event of a breakdown, a height-adjustable tow bar, the telescopic rear support and the robust and maintenance-free leaf spring unit round off the overall package.

In summary: Compact and powerful, with a low loading height, large interior width and clever details, the TTS is the ideal trailer for transporting equipment.
