With the ZPS 180 sled trailer, the container is placed on the sled from the rear and pushed forward. Containers and containers with an outer roller of up to seven metres in length can be accommodated on the ZPS 180, the maximum payload is 15,000 kg with an unladen weight of 2,800 kg. The Mega version with twin tyres offers a lower loading height and a payload of 14,400 kg, but more possible volume.

The unladen weight of the Mega variant is 3,600 kg. As with the roller conveyor trailer, a pneumatic four-point container lock on the floor ensures safety. The clamping mechanism fixes the container at four points. Specially edged longitudinal beams made of the hardest steel ensure optimum guidance and the best rolling behaviour of the carriage.
