The front wall, which is inclined at 21°, also facilitates the unloading of cohesive goods and ensures better weight distribution.

The trough-shaped body is only 1,450 mm high. This ensures a low centre of gravity, the low loading height facilitates side loading and the upper edge of the body does not overhang the tractor unit, which significantly minimises fuel consumption. Despite the extensive equipment and a volume of around 25 m³, the vehicle only weighs approx. 5,000 kg, making it one of the lightweights in this segment.

The combination of the curved chassis shape and the conically shaped trough as well as the outwardly curved rear wall of the diaphragm ensure an excellent CW value and thus reduce fuel costs. In addition, the low trough height of just 1,450 mm does not protrude above the tractor cab, reducing additional drag. Our own measurements have shown a reduction in fuel consumption of 8% as a result of this alone.

Another highlight is the automatically folding underride guard, which is automatically raised by a robust pneumatic system during the tipping process. In addition, the paver-compatible underride guard can also be lifted manually - not a matter of course.

The walls and floor are 4 mm thick throughout, and the floor is 5 mm thick in the last third, which is subject to particular stress. In addition, the Hardox is underpinned with 4 mm steel in the area of the top chord. This provides effective protection against damage during loading.

The axles of the tipper trailers are also calibrated by laser. This reduces wear and minimises fuel costs.
