Light Master
Vehicles for the construction industry must meet many requirements. Fliegl meets these requirements elegantly and sustainably in a tipping trailer.
The conically shaped trough made of original Hardox HB 450 is optimally matched to the Curved chassis with its slanted front wall. This combination allows for high stability and at the same time means an excellent weight balance. In addition, the conical design requires a smaller tipping angle to ensure optimal unloading of the cargo. The 21° inclined front wall facilitates the unloading of cohesive goods and ensures better weight distribution.
The tub-shaped trough is only 1,450 mm high. This ensures a low center of gravity, the low loading height facilitates side loading, and the top edge of the trough does not protrude above the tractor unit, significantly reducing consumption. Despite the extensive equipment and a volume of around 25 m³, the vehicle weighs only about 5,000 kg, making it one of the lightweights in this segment.
The combination of the Curved chassis shape and the conically shaped trough, as well as the outwardly curved membrane rear wall, ensure an excellent CW value and thus reduce fuel costs. In addition, the low trough height of only 1,450 mm does not protrude above the cabin of the tractor unit, thus reducing additional air resistance. Own measurements have resulted in a reduction in consumption of 8% just from this.
Another highlight is the automatically folding underride guard, which is automatically raised by robust pneumatics during the tipping process. In addition, the finisher-suitable underride guard can also be manually raised - not a given.
The walls and the floor are 4 mm thick throughout; in the last third, which is subject to particular stress, the floor is 5 mm thick. In addition, the Hardox is underpinned with 4 mm steel in the area of the top chord. This provides effective protection against damage during the loading process.
The axles of the tipper trailers are also calibrated by laser. This reduces wear and minimises fuel costs. The low weight, the user-friendly details, an extensive range of options and low life-cycle costs predestine this tipper trailer equally for fleet use and for the entrepreneur with individual wishes in terms of equipment and appearance.
The tipper trailer is also equipped with a laser-measured axle, which reduces wear and minimises fuel costs.
Heavy terrain, short distances, extreme stress. That is what Fliegl builds its "Stone Master" for. This tipper trailer with steel body offers a high payload and is designed primarily for construction site operation.
This steel tipper offers a high payload and is designed primarily for construction site operation.
This steel dump semi-trailer has a long service life with low maintenance requirements. In addition to its enormous load capacity, it is characterised by its low tare weight - from 5.9 tonnes.
The chassis of the "Stone Master" tipper trailer guarantees safe standing when tipping on difficult ground. Even while driving, this chassis ensures a comfortable balance and safe movement. Fliegl Drive On provides additional support in terms of stability and safety.
The robust trough made of high-quality steel justifies the transport of heavy rubble, stone, or rock. Other bulk materials can also be moved without hesitation with this articulated tipper.
The trough is made of high-quality steel.
If you are looking for steel dump trucks for heavy goods, you should let us make you an individual offer for the "Stone Master". You will not regret it.
Fliegl's latest innovation is a step-up to the skip that makes tarpaulin handling and skip cleaning easier and significantly safer: a swiveling and folding platform, the Fliegl S .T.E.P. for absolute work safety. Unlike a ladder, the S .T.E.P. platform cannot slip away; the treads are equipped with small, upwardly curved teeth and are thus just as slip-resistant.
Thanks to its clever design, it can be mounted on the left or right in the direction of travel and can also be combined with an electric sliding roof. In addition, the risk of injury during coupling and uncoupling is virtually eliminated, as no one has to crawl under the platform to reach the connection plate. Everything is freely accessible.
It also scores with the easiest handling and can be folded out without much effort. Simply release a spring latch, swivel the platform until it locks into place by itself and unfold the ladder.
The advantages:
- Safety first: Fall protection and firm footing.
- The connection plate remains freely accessible
- Can be swiveled and folded without any effort at all
- Also in combination with electric canopy
- Can be mounted on both sides of all tipper trailers
- No maintenance required
