Gooseneck Chassis
Vario tipping chassis. The bulk material innovation.
On Fliegl's tipper container chassis, the container locks are integrated in the front of the tipper ram's mounting block, including deflectors on both sides. At the rear, the locks plus resistant container stops are located on the continuous tipping shaft with return spring. The terminal strip is located in an optimally protected position, as are the rear lights, which are set upwards and inwards. The rear has a galvanised steel underride guard.
The chassis is quickly and easily prepared to accommodate containers of different dimensions by means of a centre telescope and pin locking.
Tele Control optionally facilitates telescoping by automatically braking the trailer and relieving the load on the two rear axles. Depending on the version, the following loading options result:
- 20/30 feet: centre telescopic boom retracted (20 feet), centre telescopic boom extended (30 feet).
- 30/40 feet: centre telescope retracted (30 feet), centre telescope extended (40 feet)
The tipping process is carried out hydraulically - via the auxiliary drive of the tractor (standard) or with the aid of an electro-hydraulic unit (option).
