Low-bed trailer

Trendsetter with experience

Fliegl two- and three-axle lowbed trailers can also be hitched behind smaller construction site trucks or Unimogs, as they are often used in gala construction or by civil engineering companies. Fliegl offers its customers a vehicle optimally tailored to the application: whether with straight platform or cranked, whether particularly deep two-axle trailers for the transport of agricultural machinery or central-axle trailers with two or three axles.

Things get a bit bigger with the four- and five-axle trailers. They are also available in various designs and with a wide range of equipment, with self-steering axle, wheel recesses, cable winches, with drop sides, with straight or cranked loading area, in special lengths, galvanised - Fliegl builds the right vehicle for every application.

Most indemand: The DTS 300 The payload giant Low unladen weight = high payload, and the DTS 300 Greenlight low-loader trailer is a good example of this. With an unladen weight of only 5,400 kg, the three-axle trailer offers a permissible payload of 17,600 kg (technically 24,600 kg). Offshoots of the DTS 300 are the "little brother", the two-axle ZTS 200 with an unladen weight of 5,000 kg and a payload of 13,000 kg (technically 15,000 kg); the four-axle VTS 400, as the big brother, offers a two-metre longer loading area and shoulders a maximum of 15,800 kg (technically 31,800 kg). The loading area at the front above the turntable is covered with steel chequer plate, while the drop deck is covered with robust 70 mm thick softwood planks. Softwood ensures that the metal chains of an excavator have sufficient grip. Dozens of lashing possibilities are on board: In the drop deck and laterally in the outer frame there are 14 lashing mushrooms with a tensile force of 10 t each, in addition there are 24 lashing holes in the outer frame with a tensile force of 5 t each for attaching tension belts.

The four-axle VTS 400 offers even more lashing possibilities in accordance with its two-metre longer loading area; here, 18 lashing mushrooms as well as 12 lashing holes in the drop deck outer frame are on board, as well as two lashing eyes with 5t tensile force each on the cranked end. As standard, the DTS 300 arrives with a one-piece, 2800 mm long hot-dip galvanised steel ramp, which is covered with wood; thanks to spring jack support, the ramps can be raised and lowered by hand. Multi-part ramps with different coverings as well as hydraulic actuation are optionally available. The technical axle load for all three variants is 10,000 kg (permissible with special approval), the three-blade parabolic suspension with steel-rubber bearings as well as mechanical axle load compensation is maintenance-free, Fliegl offers a 15-year warranty here.
