Fliegl will also be exhibiting again in Munich (FN 720/9), as the vehicle manufacturer from Triptis has various trailers and semi-trailers in its portfolio that are perfect for the construction and building materials industry. Fliegl will be exhibiting no fewer than 9 vehicles, from compact tandem low-bed trailers and tipper semi-trailers to low-loader semi-trailers.
Enormously flexible, with a high payload, perfectly adaptable to the respective transport requirements - these are the manoeuvrable two-axle platform trailers with turntable. With a payload of 14,000 kg, the ZPS 200 Kombi Jumbo-Z-70 is suitable for transporting heavy waste disposal containers or construction machinery. With the TPS 210 Jumbo-Z tandem low-loader trailer, Fliegl has a flexible all-rounder in its portfolio that can be used to transport practically anything from construction machinery to pallets and containers. Thanks to the locks embedded in the floor, a 20-foot container fits on the TPS 210; the locks are retractable and ensure a level loading area when not in use. For particularly wide loads, the loading area can be widened to 3,000 mm using side extensions.
The tandem low-bed trailers in the TTS series are one size smaller but just as practical. The TTS 100 will be on show in Munich. The 2,050 mm wide loading area is unique for this type of vehicle, and thanks to a platform length of 5,500 mm, there is space for larger construction machinery or more material. With an unladen weight of just 2,500 kg, the TTS 100 offers a payload of 8,000 kg.
Fliegl's tandem three-way tipping trailers are popular with gardening, landscaping and municipal companies. With a payload of 8,560 kg and a platform length of 5,000 mm, the compact TSK 118 trailer is also suitable for transporting larger construction machinery. With a width of 2,420 mm, the platform even offers space for 10 Euro pallets. The TPS 118, a platform trailer with a rear slope, can accommodate wheel loaders, excavators or a few pallets of bricks - with a payload of 8,830 kg and a platform length of 6,200 mm, the trailer is suitable for transporting both larger construction machinery and palletised goods.
Fliegl is known for its robust tipper semi-trailers, and two models will be exhibited in Munich: The DHKA 350 three-axle tipping semi-trailer with a lightweight 25 cubic metre aluminium body and the ZHKS 350 two-axle tipping semi-trailer with a 27 cubic metre steel body. Both offer a low unladen weight, high payload and clever details that make everyday transport safer and more efficient.
Whether construction machinery, precast concrete parts, crane ballast or other machine parts, heavy equipment is usually transported to the construction site on low-loaders. At bauma, Fliegl will be presenting the DTS 300 three-axle low-loader trailer with a technical payload of 30,000 kg. For loads with excess width, steel extensions can be pulled out from the side of the frame onto which planks can be placed - resulting in a loading area up to 3 metres wide.
For particularly long material, Fliegl has low loader semi-trailers in its programme that can be adapted to the length of the load thanks to telescoping. The platform of the SDS-H 480 Tele Mega-Z three-axle flatbed semitrailer can be extended in the centre by 7,500 mm to a total of 21,000 mm, with a technical payload of 37,800 kg.
As usual with Fliegl, all vehicles can be individually customised to the respective transport requirements; there is almost nothing that Fliegl's engineers cannot implement - a conversation at the stand is worthwhile in any case.
