Fliegl at IFAT High-quality vehicles for waste disposal professionals

IFAT, the world's leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management, will take place in Munich from 13 to 17 May. Fliegl will also be in Munich: Outdoor area,Stand FM 813, Stand 11. The vehicle manufacturer from Triptis has many trailers and semi-trailers in its portfolio that are perfect for the waste and disposal industry.

For example, the SDS 390 Xtra Long moving floor trailer with a capacity of 101 m3 and a payload of over 27,000 kg. Compared to a conventional 92 m3 moving floor semi-trailer, this means an increase of around 12%, saving one journey per week depending on the driving profile, which is good for the balance sheet and the environment. The moving floor is made of an extremely abrasion-resistant aluminium alloy. The floor profiles are 6 or 8 mm thick; for particularly abrasive goods such as scrap, the floor is also available in an optional 10 mm thickness. Thanks to the factory-welded, leak-proof trough, damp cargo does not seep through. With an unladen weight of 7,500 kg, the semi-trailer is one of the lighter of its kind despite its length of over 15 metres.

The tandem low-bed trailers in the TTS series, which customers like to use in the construction and waste disposal industry, are one size smaller but just as practical. They are suitable for transporting small and medium-sized containers, although they can be quite heavy. The TTS 100 AB, a trailer for transporting skip containers, will be on display in Munich. The 2,050 mm wide loading area is unique for a low loader, and thanks to a platform length of 4,500 mm, containers with a volume of up to 10 m3 can be transported. With an unladen weight of just 2 tonnes, the TTS 100 AB offers a payload of 8,500 kg. The 400 mm high steel walls are solidly welded to the low-lying steel/chequer plate floor; of course, every TTS AB offers numerous load securing options.

Extremely flexible, with a high payload and perfectly adaptable to the respective transport requirements - these are our manoeuvrable two-axle platform trailers with a turntable. The ZPS 180 Maxi is available in versions for roll-off containers or with a skid - both will be on display at the trade fair. With a payload of 14,800 kg, the trailers are suitable for transporting heavy waste disposal containers.

At the trade fair, Fliegl will be providing just a small overview of its diverse portfolio of waste disposal vehicles. The range also includes the combi trailer, which can be used extremely flexibly: it can be used to transport roll-off containers with an outer or centre roller, as well as skip containers or construction machinery. Even long materials can be loaded, as the longitudinal guide rails can be removed in a few simple steps and converted into stanchions. With an unladen weight from 3,800 kg, the two-axle vehicle offers a payload of 16,200 kg, the three-axle vehicle even 18,900 kg. The pneumatic four-point container locking system secures the roll-off containers to the ground, and 16 lashing points, each with a tensile force of 10 tonnes, and 14 stake pockets on each side are also fitted as standard.
