The new full service contracts from Fliegl - everything from a single source

Making service times and costs predictable, reducing downtimes, minimising the risk of failure - full service contracts do all this. For the first time, Fliegl is now offering various options from which customers can choose or put together the best package for them.

"With the introduction of the Full Service programme, we have reached another milestone in optimally meeting the needs of our customers," says Florian Schaller, Product Manager of the service programme. And he adds: "We can now broaden our product range even further and fulfil the increasing requirements of our customers in the best possible way." For example, service contracts are usually requested by fleet operators in tenders for new vehicles, as they enable full cost control and predictability of the TCO over the entire contract period.

Fliegl customers from the haulage industry can now choose between different service packages for new vehicles and combine them to create an "all-round carefree package". The maintenance package includes all regular maintenance for trailers as well as a Europe-wide breakdown service via the ADAC. The wear package also covers, for example, the replacement of brake discs and pads due to wear.

A further service package covers the HU and SP, and the load securing certificate belonging to the vehicle is also renewed annually. The extended breakdown service here includes the towing costs in the event of a breakdown.

Tyre defects are still one of the most frequent causes of failure in the transport business. With the two tyre packages, Fliegl has an eye on the problem and has solutions ready: The basic tyre package includes a six-monthly check of all tyres as well as wear-related replacement with tyres from international manufacturers. In addition to the check, the premium tyre package includes replacement with branded tyres from European manufacturers.

Customers can choose one or more of the service packages when purchasing a new vehicle. The term is 12, 24, 36 or 48 months; the maintenance packages can be selected for the curtainsider, dropside, building materials and platform semi-trailer product ranges.
