Compact and powerful - the tandem low-loaders in the TTS series

The tandem low-loader trailers in the TTS series are ideal for transporting compact construction machinery that can be quite heavy.

With unladen weights from 2300 kilograms, the three variants of the TTS cover a wide range of applications. The loading area is also extra wide: 2,050 millimetres is unique for a low-loader. And thanks to a platform length of 4,500 / 5,500 or 6,000 millimetres, the vibratory plate or the dozer blade can still fit behind the mini excavator in front of the municipal tractor. The 400 millimetre high steel walls are solidly welded to the low-lying steel/chequer plate floor; with a platform height of only 630 millimetres, this results in a flat drive-on angle of just 15 degrees.

Load securing
To ensure that the load arrives safely at its destination at all times, every TTS offers numerous load securing options: there are four lashing eyes in the corners of the steel body, each with a tensile force of 5 tonnes, a further 6 lashing eyes are fitted in the floor and 8 lashing eyes are bolted to the side walls. Load-Lock profiles are fitted to the front and sides of the tub, making it easy to attach lashing straps.

Useful details
Clever details make the trailers absolutely practical: thanks to the air reservoir integrated into the frame, there is a particularly high ground clearance, the hot-dip galvanised ramps can be moved sideways and are optionally covered with wood or toothed steel rails, and thanks to the gas pressure jack, they can be easily operated by one person. The trade fair model has 2.3 metre long and
51 centimetre wide steel ramps covered with wood.

Two LED work lights at the rear ensure a well-lit working environment at all times, while a height-adjustable drawbar, the telescopic rear support and the robust and maintenance-free leaf spring unit round off the overall package.

To summarise: Compact and powerful, with a low loading height, large interior width and clever details, the TTS is the ideal trailer for transporting equipment.
