Ramps and floor
The robust drive-on ramps offer a load capacity of 6,000 kilograms per pair, meaning that even larger construction machinery can be loaded safely. During the journey, the 3 metre long ramps are stored underneath the loading area in lockable storage compartments.
Like the floor, the entire side wall structure is made of robust steel; the continuous side walls are mounted on six hinges, can be folded down and have a central locking system at the bottom - the TSK 118 is ready for tipping with just one hand movement.
Load securing
For optimum load securing, 10 heavy-duty lashing eyes, each with a tensile force of 5 tonnes, are embedded in the 4 millimetre thick sheet steel floor. Tensioning straps and other accessories can be stored in the toolbox on the right-hand side of the vehicle facing away from the road. Thanks to a spray flap that extends across the entire width of the vehicle, hardly any dirt is stirred up.
Tipping mechanism
The truck's power take-off generates the pressure for the hydraulic multi-piston press that moves the three-way tipping mechanism. A continuous tipping shaft ensures stability, as do the folding supports at the rear and the support leg with two-speed gearbox at the front. The height of the drawbar can be adjusted by 300 millimetres using a spindle so that a different towing vehicle can be used quickly if required.

The comprehensive LED package consists of multi-chamber rear lights with dynamic indicators, side marker lights, position lights and lane departure lights. An LED work light at the rear ensures an optimally illuminated working environment at all times.
