Vario Flex is ideal for goods that cannot be secured with straps and for loads where the legally prescribed positive locking is not possible. Vario Flex is simply placed on the aluminium slats of the curtain frame and tensioned, the load is clamped, so to speak, and any forces that occur are transferred to the side wall. Vario Flex elements can bear loads of up to 750 kilograms and can bridge loading widths of up to 48 centimetres. They are easy to operate, can be used universally and require hardly any storage space when not in use. Vario Flex saves time and money.
Vario Lash enables unrestricted use of the Load-Lock outer frame on commercial vehicles with a dropside. While standard lashing hooks are designed in such a way that there is no space between the frame and the closed dropside, Vario Lash serves as a slim adapter between the Load-Lock lashing point and the lashing hook. The load can be flexibly secured and the dropside completely closed.
A system developed by Fliegl secures goods with the aid of C-rail attachments. Stops, clamping devices and lashing points can be attached exactly where they are needed in an uncomplicated, variable and reliable manner.
The Fliegl Antislip floor is a coating that can be applied to all vehicle floors. A primer, which is applied to the loading area, serves as a carrier material for the rough anti-slip layer, which significantly reduces the risk of slipping - a certified solution made by Fliegl.
Load-Lock-Cross is used for the uncomplicated securing of loads that are a few centimetres wider than the loading surface and that can cover the standard lashing points. Load-Lock-Cross utilises innovative cross beams that are integrated into the frame. Fliegl has incorporated lashing holes in the beams, allowing lashing strap hooks to be conveniently attached underneath the loading area. This load securing option does not compromise the stability of the chassis; the carriers continue to fulfil their original function without restriction.
Fliegl has developed a plug-in coil support system to transport coils safely from A to B. The 80 x 50 mm thick coil supports are variably adjustable in height and can therefore safely transport coils of different sizes. The coil supports can be used universally.
For example, they can be inserted into the stanchion pockets of the outer frame. The supports can be inserted individually or one inside the other to double the height. Optional, plug-in lashing wheel adapters together with coil trough covers and slit strip covers round off the coil securing accessories.
Fliegl offers suitable load securing elements for special applications: C-rails for securing transport racks for glass or solar modules or the Joloda loading system for transporting paper. With the Quick Tyre Safesystem (QTS), curtainsider semi-trailers from Fliegl meet all mandatory requirements for tyre transport. The tested system fulfils both the wdk guideline of the Federal Association of the German Rubber Industry and the transport specifications according to EN 12642 XL. The tested elements are available for Fliegl trailers in standard, mega and jumbo versions as well as for trailers with coil troughs. Fliegl also supplies moving floor trailers with an EN 12642 XL load securing certificate.
When it comes to load securing, the Fliegl Blitz sliding roof scores twice over: its integrated locking bar holder and its integrated Fliegl Easy Fix belt lift system ensure an all-round carefree package and optimised load securing. The locking bars are simply inserted into the device of the roof crossbar and fixed to the floor - clamped in, so to speak. They are movable and can therefore be positioned flexibly.
The integrated Easy Fix belt lift system is also integrated into the roof crossbars. No parts protrude into the load compartment. The belt lift is therefore indestructible. There are no repairs and therefore no costs and downtimes. Belts are not twisted - the entire system is absolutely user-friendly. The Fliegl Easy Fix belt lift enables the quickest possible strapping and unstrapping of the load.
